Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

In case of exchange, availability of the replacement item will be confirmed before dispatch.

Return shipping costs are only covered by us if the fault is from our side (wrong or defective product).

If the customer changes their mind or provides an incorrect address, return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
