RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy – Radian Mart

  1. We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

  2. You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

  4. Proof of damage (pictures or video) must be shared with our support team.

  5. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  6. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or after use.

  7. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  8. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  9. In case of exchange, availability of the replacement item will be confirmed before dispatch.

  10. Return shipping costs are only covered by us if the fault is from our side (wrong or defective product).

  11. If the customer changes their mind or provides an incorrect address, return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
